Become local representative
Being our Local Representative, you are our focal point in the countries where Exchange executes its projects. You will maintain close contacts with local companies and you will approach potential applicants. You will be Exchange’s first point of contact in your country/region and you will happily answer all questions with regard to our approach, conditions, selection criteria and the Exchange project flow.

Job offer: Local Representative in Ethiopia
Job description: We are looking for an active professional to join our team of local representatives in Ethiopia. Local representatives promote Exchange in the local business community and assist company and consultant during the whole process of a project. He/she lives and works in Ethiopia, has the ability to develop a strong network and excellent communication skills.
Duties and responsibilities:
Communication and public relations The local representative is reachable via e-mail and via Skype, Viber or Whats App. His/her role involves: - Promote Exchange in business community and introducing potential new contacts - Explain entrepreneurs how a project works and what the terms and conditions are - Facilitate communication between Exchange, applicants and consultants
Administration and organisation - Assist entrepreneurs with online applications and other important documents (contract, evaluation…) related to an specific project. - Follow up ongoing projects in our online database - Assist consultants/country coordinator with practical organisation during his/her stay in the country - Plan company visits, organising meetings.
Evaluation - Evaluate the intervention together with the applicant and follow-up of the project
We offer: The local representative receives an attractive fixed compensation per completed project. The role of a local representative can also be used as a platform to build experience and contacts in different businesses/sectors of activity and to extend your own network.
Location: Addis Ababa or other Ethiopian economic corridor

Involvement in projects
For experts, too, you will act as a first point of contact. During execution you will closely monitor an ongoing project. Upon completion of the project you will provide Exchange headquarters in Belgium with a standard evaluation report filled out by the applicant.
